Separate Applications
Separate applications must be filed for each individual creative work.
Requisite Fee
Accomplished by the requisite fee prescribed under the Copyright Rules.
Signed / Power of Attorney
Signed by the applicant or enclosed with a duly executed Power of Attorney.
Fee Payment
Fee paid via Demand Draft, Indian Postal Order, or E-payment as applicable.
Examination & Registration
Application examined by the Copyright Office and registration certificate issued upon approval.
